Diving Lembeh strait is a must if you are in North Sulawesi. The strait is know for muck diving and to see critters. Most dives are in shallow waters and with the black sand in many bays you will feel like diving on Mars. Find more photos here.
We stayed in Kungkungan Bay Resort which was a great choice as it is nice as well for non divers. The downside is that the dives are relatively expensive in comparison with other dive resorts – especially if you need to rent equipment.
